摘要
本文介绍了电弧炉在刚玉冶炼中采用的微机控制系统以及硬件和软件,并对运行的效果进行了总结。在该技术的应用中其电流的控制精度达到5％,经济效益十分明显。该系统的硬件及电气设备都是国内生产的,因此具有较好的推广前景。
The paper describes the microcomputer control system and its hardware and software used in fused alumina smelting electric arc furnace. It summarizes the application effect of the control system. The application of the technology makes control precision of electric current limited the range of 5%. Economic effect is quit distinct. There is the vast vista for using of the system becouse its hardware and electric equipment are made in China's Mainland.
