摘要
α-当归内酯是一种香味成分,它具有甜香、枫械香等多种香韵,在烟草香精中有广泛的用途。本文对α-当归内酯的合成方法进行了研究,提出了一条合理可行的的工艺路线;同时通过对α-当归内酯在烟用香精中的应用试验,证明了它是一种理想的烟草香味添加剂。
α-Angelicalactone is a flavor constituent which occur in tobacco. The lactone has sweet,mapple note,etc. It uses extentively in tobacco flavorings. This paper reports a detailed research on the synthetic method of α-angelicalactone,and suggests a reasonable and availiable techological route. By the application of α-angelicalactone to the tobacco flavorings, the paper shows that a-angelicalactone is an ideal tobacco flavor additive.
