摘要
分析和试验结果表明:花椒精油含21种化学成分,主成分为2,5—1,1—二甲基乙基塞吩。精油或单体对玉米象(Sitophilus Zeamais Motschul)成虫有较强的驱避性,顺序为:α—蒎烯>花椒精油>β—蒎烯>花椒萃取物>花椒油>花椒粉。精油对成虫、幼虫、卵具明显的熏杀作用;对曲霉Aspergillus sp.和青霉Penicillium SP.的生长有抑制效果。花椒精油或单体,对人畜安全,价格便宜,是较理想的家庭储粮保护剂。
The analyses and tests show that Zanthoxylum bungeanum volatile oil contains 21 compounds, predominantly 2,5-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl)- phiophene. Both the volatile oil and its components have strong repellent to Sitaphilus Zeamais in the following sequence : a-Pinene>volatile oil> β-Pinene> hexane extracts>refined oil>seed powder. It is obvious that the volatile oil kills adults, larvae, eggs of S. zeamais and inhibits the growth of storage fungi, Aspergillus sp. and Penicillium sp. Both the safety to mammalian and the low price make the volatile oil and α-Pinene an ideal stored grain protectant in the houehold storage.
