摘要
在Fe Zn Zr/分子筛复合催化剂上考察了不同类型的分子筛对CO2 加氢反应性能的影响 .结果表明 ,不同分子筛对复合催化剂性能的影响不同 ,Fe Zn Zr/HY是合成异构烷烃有效的复合催化剂 .分子筛的酸性及酸强度对复合催化剂性能有较大的影响 ,中等强度和较高强度的酸性位有利于异构烃的生成 .
The effects of different zeolites on the performance of hydrogenation of carbon dioxide over Fe-Zn-Zr/zeolite composite catalysts were studied. The structure and the acidity of zeolites were characterized by FT-IR and NH 3-TPD. It was found that the catalysts with different zeolites had different catalytic effects. H-type zeolite was advantageous to C+ 2 hydrocarbons while HY zeolite was the most effective one to synthesize isoalkanes. The selectivity for C 3 was the highest on Fe-Zn-Zr/HZSM-5 composite catalyst. C 2 was the main product on Fe-Zn-Zr/HM composite catalyst. The distribution of hydrocarbon products was influenced by the acidity as well as the pore structure of the zeolite. The medium-strength and the strong acidic sites in HY were advantageous to the synthesis of isoalkanes which could be proved by NH 3-TPD and reaction performance.
