摘要
简要介绍了火花点火式煤层气发动机台架试验装置和测试系统的组成,详细叙述了各主要参数的测量原理,并给出了部分测量结果。该测试系统较好地满足了台架试验的要求,为研究煤层气组分浓度变化时发动机的工作特性和获取电控单元所需的控制数据提供了基本条件。
This paper introduces briefly the structure of bench test and measurement system for spark-ignition coal-bed gas engine, and describes in detail measurement principle of several main parameters. Some of results are given. The measurement system meets the needs of bench test relatively well, and is essential to study operation characteristics of the engine with change of concentration of components in coal-bed gas, and to collect control data used by ECU.
