摘要
对静电旋风分离器中尘粒的运动进行分析 ,建立了尺寸优化的数学模型 ,预测了其结构尺寸。利用优化尺寸制作了一新型静电旋风分离器 ,并对其性能进行了测试。结果表明
The movement of particles in electrocyclone has been analyzed, aimed at forecasting its configuration sizes, a mathematics model of optimization size was developed. Based on the optimization sizes, a new electrocyclone was machininged, and its performances were tested. The results show: the electrocyclone studied in this paper has higher separation efficiency.
