摘要
本文以二苯并14—C—4为活性物质,以磷酸三丁脂,四苯硼化铊的邻硝基苯辛醚饱和液和邻硝基苯辛醚三者混合液以及磷酸三丁酯及邻苯二甲酸二丁酯的混合液为增塑剂研制成功两种 PVC 膜锂离子选择性电极。应用于含锂药物中锂含量的测定,结果满意。
This paper reports the crown ether PVC membrane Lithium electrodes which have been prepared using dibenzyl-14-crown-4 as the active material and the mixture of tributyl phas- phate,O-nitrophenyl octyl ether saturated solution of the thallium tetraphenyl borate and O-nitro- phenyl octyl ether or the mixture of tributyl phasphate and dibutyl phthalate as the plasticator.They exhibit nernstian response to Lithium ion in the range of 5×10^(-5)~1.0 mol/L with average slope of 60.5mV/decade(14℃)for the former and 58.0mV/decade(13.5℃ )for the latter.The selectiv- ity coefficients K_(LiNa)^(pot)and K_(Lik)^(pot)are 2.9×10^(-2)、5.0×10^(-2)and 3.5×10^(-2)、3.5×10^(-2)respectively. The electrode was used for determining the amount of lithium in the medicine with satisfactory re- sults.The relative standard deviation is 6.2% and the recovery is between 87%~97%.
