摘要
二倍体长穗偃麦草(Thinopyrumelongatum)E组染色体携带有对小麦遗传育种有益的基因。通过SDS-PAGE,分析了9份二倍体长穗偃麦草的高分子量谷蛋白亚基类型,初步发现有6种等位变异类型,显示了二倍体长穗偃麦草E组染色体携带有丰富的高分子量谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)等位基因类型,是普通小麦进行品质改良的重要基因资源。
Thinopyrum elongatum (2n=14,E genome) is a potential genetic resource for wheat improvement. The compositions of high molecular weight glutenin subunits (HMW-GS) in 9 Thinopyrum elongatum were analyzed by SDS-PAGE. There were 6 different HMW-GS types to be found. It appears, therefore, that high molecular weight glutenin subunit genes from Thinopyrum elongatum coded by E genome are richer.Thinopyrum elongatum is also an impotant genetic resources for wheat quality improvement.
