摘要
针对越来越多的预制式中间接头被应用到电缆中间接头上,市东电缆公司对其内部进行解剖,并作了分类统计分析。介绍了预制式中间接头的结构,对三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)和硅橡胶(SIR)这两种绝缘材料进行了比较。阐述了如何加强不同绝缘材料的复合界面的耐压水平,包括确保界面上的压力,确保应力管与外屏蔽间的距离(内爬距)以及确保界面干燥清洁。
The prefabricated intermediate joints have been more and more widely used in the intermediate joints of the cable. Shidong Power Cable Company has anatomized the internal part of the joints and accomplished the statistical classification analysis at the same time. The structure of the prefabricated intermediate joint was recommended and the comparison between the two kinds of insulating material namely EPDM and SIR has been carried out. The measures adopted to enhance the press sustaining level of the composite interface of different kinds of insulating materials have also been illustrated. Moreover, methods used to ensure the pressure acting on the interface, the distance between the stress tube and outer shield (internal crawl space) and the dryness and cleanness of the interface were also introduced.
