摘要
针对闵行发电厂对10号机组增容降耗改造并网后出现的数次锅炉主燃料跳闸(MFT)现象,与上海交通大学热能工程研究所专家一起,分析、诊断、寻找10号炉炉膛负压异常波动的原因,并将热态风、热态粉平衡试验得到的数据,输入自主开发的模型分析系统,并经6种射流设计工况对比,最终确定了对中层二次风改造,采用设计工况5方案实施改造,改造取得了成功。
After the completion of the upgrading of the No.10 generating unit of Minhang Power Plant for the purpose of enhancing the output and reducing the fuel consumption, the unit was put into operation with MFT (Main Fuel Trip) for several times. Together with the experts from the Thermal Engineering Research Institute of Shanghai Jiaotong University the causes of the draft pulsation of No.10 boiler were analyzed, diagnosed and finally ascertained. The data obtained from the balance test of the hot air and hot pulverized coal were input to our independently developed model. The performances of 6 kinds of jet flow design were compared leading to the conclusion that the middle section secondary air port should be retrofitted. The retrofit proves successful at last.
