摘要
通过对推力杆支架成形工艺分析 ,阐述了工件成形及模具设计的难点 ,提出了无压边圈带凸缘拉伸模结构 ,并介绍了模具结构特点及模具工作过程。
Through the analysis of the process for forming the support of the thrust bar,the difficult points for forming the support part and for designing the die for forming the part are stated.The structure of a drawing die without a blank holder and with a flange is proposed.The structure characteristics and working process of the die are introduced.
