摘要 本文介绍了国内外由合成气制取低碳混合醇催化剂的研究动向和特点,着重对国外提出的MAS工艺、Octamix工艺、IFP工艺和Sygmol工艺等四条合成路线的主要指标进行分析,认为深入开展对IFP和Sygmol工艺的研究和改进是很有前途的。提出了新的研究思路的催化剂组分选择方案,大量文献证实,选择合适的制备方法和操作条件,可以有效地提高在铁系催化剂上合成醇的活性和选择性。同时认为,对CO在催化剂上吸附活化能力的研究是解决产品选择性问题的关键,而反应机理的探索和中间态分析是解决这一问题的理论研究重点。 The study of catalytic synthesis of alcohols from carbonmonoxide and hydrogen has received significant attention in recent years. Alcohols can be used as additives for gasoline, fuels and chemicals. This paper present the verious catalysts reported in literature, the development and the characteres are analyzed and discussed. Three pathes of alcohols synthesis are introduced. It is emphasized that four techniques invented by snamprogetti,lurgi,IFP and Dow company,are made comments, espectively. The 1FP and Sygmol techniques are believed good methods for synthesis of higher alcohols,the comparison is taken out for different catalysts. It is believed that the preparation method and operation condition of catalysts will affect the product of alcohols,the key of improving selectivity is ability of catalyst on adsorption and activation of CO. The relation between activity and mechanism may be explored by study of adsorption of CO and analyzing active species.
