摘要
本文报导了在原子轨道能实验值基础上,归纳得到的σ’赋值规则,将之应用于几个重要方面均得到满意的结果,证明了该赋值规则的准确性、合理性。
This paper reportes the Rule of σ' value assignment obtained on the basis of the experiment value of atomic orbital energy. When the rule is used in some important respects the Satisfactory results may be obtained,Theseshow the accuracy and rationality of this rule.
