摘要 以文化信息资源共享工程为例,从管理、服务入手,以“需求”为核心,引进“文化营销”理念理解网络信息环境(市场)培育。认为引入竞争机制,以“经济效率”重新配置资源,是文化信息资源共享工程实现社会效益与经济效益相统一,促进网络信息环境(市场)可持续发展的模式。 Taking the cultural information resources sharing project as an example and taking managementand service as the point of departure, it introduces the concept of “culture marketing” for the interpretationof the cultivation of networked information environment (market). It holds that the introduction of competitionmechanism and reallocation of resources according to “economic efficiency” is the model for the culturalinformation resources sharing project in achieving unified social and economic benefits, and promoting asustainable development of networked information environment (market).
