摘要
本文通过试验,得到最佳的复合缓蚀剂配方。一个含有苯甲酸钠、苯并三氮唑、硼砂、亚硝酸钠的复合缓蚀剂,对金属材料防腐有协同作用,也可用于含有乙二醇的不冻液。通过金属在腐蚀和冷却水中的腐蚀试验(美国材料试验学会标准ASTM D1384),缓蚀效果较为满意。
Using the orthogonal experimental design method, the optimized prescription of corrosion inhibitor is gotten. The mixture of sodium benzoate, 1 , 2 , 3-benzotriazole, borax and sodium nitrite gives a synergistic inhibiting corrosion effect on metal materials, and can be used for additives of antifreeze agents containing glycol. Subjected it to corrosion test in water of corrosion medium and cooling water medium (according to ASTM D1384-80), a result of satisfactory inhibiting corrosion behavior is obtained.
