摘要
本文介绍了玻璃焊料与金属封接所需的条件。玻璃焊料的选择与相应的工艺参数对直接影响封接件质量的好坏。封接工艺包括对温度、封接时间、氧化程度及氧化膜厚度等的控制。按玻璃焊料的结晶性能可分为结晶性封接和非结晶性封接,它们广泛用于电池、电子、医疗等行业。
This paper describes conditions of glass solders- to-metal sealings necessitate.The selections of glass solders are important to the quality of glass to me tal seals,so are the related technique parameters,includi ng temperature,sealing time,extend of oxidation,thickness of oxide film and so on.There are two types of seals :crystalline sealing and non-crystalline by means of cr ystalline property of glass solders,which are widely used in battery,electron and medical device.
