摘要
本文阐述以单片机为核心的船舶自动电站控制器的工程实现,着眼于在满足电站主要性能要求的前提下,如何简化系统,增强可靠性、降低投资费用。文中论述了电站控制器的硬件和软件结构,提出适应于船舶自动电站主要功能的实用的单片机扩展系统,信号变换电路及程序设计框图,其中对同步发电机组的自动并车以及为保证顺利并车而采取的可靠性措施作了较为详尽的分析。
This paper introduces an engineering realization of an automatic marine power station based on a single chip computer (microcontroller). Focusing on the way for simplifying system structure, increasing system reliability and reducing system cost, the main functional requirements of power station have been satisfied. The power station controller hardware and software, including an useful expanded microcontroller system, signal converting circuits as well as the program flowcharts suitable for the automatic marine power station, are discussed. Among them the measures to realize the automatic paralleling of synchronous generators and to ensure the system reliability during paralleling are analyzed in detail.
