摘要
介绍了世界无梭织机发展现状,剑杆、喷气、喷水和片梭4种织机的特点、优点和品种适应性。无梭织机生产自动化已经达到很高水平,对提高织机速度和生产效率,扩大品种,提高产品质量发挥了重要作用。国际无梭织机发展趋势是继续提高电子技术应用水平,增强品种适应性。我国织机无梭化率还很低,纺织行业更新改造所需高档无梭织机主要依靠进口。加快我国无梭织机的发展,开发研制有自主知识产权的高性能无梭织机已是当务之急。
It introduces world shuttleless loom current situation of the development,sword pole,jet-propelled,spray water and slices of shuttleless loom 4 characteristic,advantage and variety adaptability of loom. Shuttleless loom production automation has reached very high-level already. It plays an important role in improving loom speed and production efficiency,expanding variety,raising product quality. The international shuttleless loom development trend is continuing improving the technological application level of electron, strengthen variety adaptability. Our country loom have shuttleless loom still very low rate,textile industry renovate necessary top-grade shuttleless loom rely on import mainly. Quickenning the development of our domestic shuttleless loom has already been the task of top priority to develop the high-performance shuttleless loom with independent intellectual property right.
