摘要
通过改变焊缝夏比冲击试样的缺口取向,研究了缺口位向对多层焊缝金属韧性及断裂过程的影响。断口的宏观和微观观察结果表明:冲击试样缺口取向不同造成焊缝韧性的较大变化,这与缺口前沿组织形态的改变对断裂过程的影响密切相关。文中还对焊缝夏比冲击试样的断裂特性进行了探讨。
By changing the nolch local ion of Charpy impact test specimens studied the effect of nolch location on toughness and cracking process in multi-layer welds.Macroscopic and microscopic examinations show that, the obvious variation of toughness of multi-layer welded metal with different nolch location is closely connected with the effect of structure before notch tip on the fracture process. The fracture features of Charpy impact test specimens of welded metal are also analyzed.
