本文给出了一种用于智能仪器中的简单,有效的RAM内容掉电保护电路,并对其设计思想作了详细阐明。实践证明此电路可靠性高,有实用价值。
Gives a simple circuit which can effectively protect the contents of RAM in intelligent instruments when power fail. The design idea about this circuit is described in detail. It is proved by practice that the circuit is of high reliability.
