摘要
本文较为系统地研究了硫化/阳离子染料黑色两浴法染色工艺,通过试验,优选了工艺参数,并与常规工艺做了比较,可降低染化料成本80.5％。
In the paper, the two bath process of sulfur/cationic black is discussed systematically. processing parameters are optimized on the basis of experiments. Through comparison, it is considered that the chemicals cost of the new process is 80.5% lower than that of old one.
