摘要
用不同浓度的锌(Zn2+)处理小麦种子,结果表明:Zn2+浓度高于10-4mol/L时,种子萌发、种子中α-淀粉酶活性和幼苗生长均显著受抑;随着Zn2+浓度的增加和培养时间的延长,细胞膜透性增加,根系活力下降和硝酸还原酶活性降低,根冠比下降.
The wheat seeds are soaked in the Zinc (Zn^(2+)) solution with different concentrations. Result shows that when the concentration of Zn + {2+ } solution is above 10 + {-4 } mol/L, the germination of wheat seeds, activity of α -amylase and growth of seedling roots are all checked; and that, with the concentration of Zn + {2+ } solution increased, the activity of roots declined, the permeability of cell membrane increases, the activity of nitrate reductase and the ratio of root to shoot reduce.
