摘要
人力资源投资、固定资本投资和就业人数三个因素对经济增长影响的程度不同 :固定资本投资对经济增长的影响要大于就业人数对经济增长的影响 ;而人力资本投资对经济增长的影响又大于固定资本对经济增长的影响。但从显著性上来看 ,财政教育投资对经济增长的作用要弱于就业人数和固定资本投资对经济增长的作用 ,因为人力资本投资对经济增长的作用是一个长期的过程 。
Manpower capital investment,fix capital investment and e mployment volume have different effects on economic growth.The function of fix c apital investment to economic growth is greater than employment volume.And the f unction of manpower capital investment to economic growth is greater than fix ca pital investment.But as for the significance,the function of financial investmen t in education to economic growth is weaker than employment volume and fix capit al investment to it.Because it takes a long time for the manpower capital invest ment to influemce the economic growth,which has a lagging effect.
