摘要
对用于磁悬浮列车系统的新型电涡流传感器,分析了动态响应特性;提出了新的动态响应测试方法,对分析结果进行了实验验证,发现检波电路的时间常数过大是影响上限截止频率的原因;实验表明:改变检波电路参数又会造成信噪比减小和负载不匹配,采用超前校正方法改善传感器的动态特性,响应带宽和滞后相角都有了很大改善,满足了悬浮控制系统的要求。
Dynamic response on a new type eddy current sensor is analyzed, which is used for maglev vehicle; New approach is provided to measure dynamic response of the sensor.Analytic results are verified by experiment.It is found out that upper limit frequency is derived mainly from detecting circuit parameters; The experiment shows that changing parameters may bring forth SN decrease and unmatched load . Prior compensation method is adopted to improve dynamic response of the sensor, and it is proved that response bandwidth is increased and phase delay is decreased. A demand for maglev vehicle can be met.
