摘要
高等院校要实现可持续发展,离不开其核心竞争力的支撑。本文通过对高等院校核心竞争力概念的界定及对其特点和构成的分析,探讨了培育我国高等院校核心竞争力的方法和途径。
The colleges and the universities cannot keep prosperity for a long time unless they are supported by the core competence. Based on the core competence, the higher education institutions can surpass rivals and put themselves in an advantageous position.This paper puts forward the methods of developing the core competence of higher education institutions by analyzing its definition, connotation and characteristics.
