摘要
“依法治国”与“以德治国”紧密结合是党和国家领导人对新时期治国方略的伟大创新;文章从“依法治国”和“以德治国”的特点、维护国家稳定、实现长治久安及发展社会主义市场经济几个方面,论述了“依法治国”与“以德治国”紧密结合的必要性;并提出了一系列加速和推动紧密结合的操作性建议。
Form what had happened in the nast and what is happening at present,the article ctates that it is highly creatine for our Party to govern the country in accordance with both the law and ethics. The characteristics of governing the country in accordance with both the law and ethics,and the continuing development of the country and the socialist market economy require that we stick to it.The article also puts forwand some practical measures in pushing forwand their rapid close combinativn.
