大功率变流器的拓扑结构与器件选择

摘要 详细阐述了IGCT、ETO、IEGT等新型器件的技术特点和应用前景以及矩阵式变流器、多点式变流器和多相逆变器等高性能、大功率变流器的结构、特性与应用状况,提出了适用于电力推进的大功率变流器的选择方案。 Technical characteristics and application previews of new devices as IGCT, ETO and IEGTare detailed. Also discussed are the structures, performances and applications of high performance powerconverters like matrix converter, multilevel converter and multi-phase inverter etc. Optional schemes are pro-posed for high power converters.
