SiC颗粒增强铝基复合材料钎焊技术研究 被引量:12

Study on Brazing Technology of Aluminium Metal Matrix Composites with SiC Particle Reinforcements

摘要 采用Al-28Cu-5Si-2Mg钎料,对SiCp/2024Al复合材料进行真空钎焊连接。试验结果表明:钎焊温度、保温时间、SiC颗粒的体积分数以及焊后时效处理均会影响SiCp/2024Al复合材料钎焊接头的连接强度;钎缝中有少量SiC颗粒存在,且分布不均匀;在靠近母材处出现贫化区,在钎缝中心两侧有较小的集聚区。提高液态钎料对SiC的润湿性,降低连接区的弱连接比例,减少过渡到钎缝的SiC颗粒,都是改善钎焊连接强度的重要途径。 The vacuum brazing of SiCp/2024Al using Al-28Cu-5Si-2Mg filler metal has been carried out.The results show that brazing temperature,holding time,SiC particle volume percentage and post heat treatment would influence joint strength of SiCp/2024;SiC particles happen in the brazing seam and the distribution of SiC particles in the joint is as uniform as that in the composites.Particle-poor zones in the joint exist near the base metal,and particle concentrate zones exist in the center of the brazing seam.The key methods of improving the joint strength were to raise the wettability of liquid filler metal on SiC substrates,to decrease the proportion of feeble bonding in interfacial region and to reduce SiC particles transited to brazing seam.
