摘要
以图论为基础完成功能分解与强连接集合元的映射 ;用面向对象的方式和统一的框架结构表示组织功能与强连接集合元信息及相互间的关系 ;通过强连接集合元间卡氏积的运算实现产品的装配结构多方案设计 ;构造了基于功能 -强连接零件结构集的自上而下的产品结构方案设计系统。
To support the structural plan design and the top-down design,an assembly-oriented structural plan design system was presented. Firstly,the system employ graph-theory approach to implement the function decomposition and mapping of elements of strongly connected aggregation. Secondly,the system used object-oriented method to uniformly represent and organize the information of functions and elements of strongly connected aggregation.Thirdly,the system achieved multi assembly plan design by strongly connected structural aggregations' Cartesian product operation.Lastly,a design case study was presented to illustrate the applicability and usefulness of the system.
