摘要
提出了一种基于活动的产品信息质量测评方法 ,旨在帮助设计、工程与技术人员及时、准确、如实、全面地掌握产品信息 ,据此做出正确决策 ,充分发挥信息效用。该方法包括 :①描述信息制造活动之间关系的过程模型 ;②支持过程模型中对象及其属性运算的耦合模型 ;③产品信息质量的量化评价指标。最后通过一个应用实例说明评价过程。
Quality of Mechanical Product Information (PIQ) is critical in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises. Yet, the field lacks comprehensive methodologies for its evaluation. We developed such a methodology, which we called AMEQ to form the basis for PQI measurement and evaluation. The methodology encompassed: 1. process models to describe the manufacturing of mechanical product information, 2. coupling models to formalize the operation of relevant attributes among process models, and 3. a set of quantitative indicators for PIQ. An illustrative example is given to show how these models can be used to evaluate PIQ.
