对制定低噪声内燃机电站标准的内容范围、噪声指标的确定及依据、降噪技术、测量评价方法、测量报告(测量记录)等提出了一些初步设想和建议。供进一步深入研究时参考。
Gave the idea to prepare standard for quiet electrical power plant with internal combustion engine from the scope, sound pressure lever limits, decrease noise measures and measurements etc.
