摘要
用OSI法测定了补骨脂原药材及补骨脂提取物对猪油的抗氧化作用。结果表明 ,补骨脂及补骨脂提取物有很强的抗猪油自动氧化的能力。石油醚提取物与氯仿提取物的抗氧化作用相当 ,且两者的抗氧化作用均强于 0 0 2 %的BHT。
Antioxidative effects of Psoralea corylifolia L.and the extracts on lard were measured by OSI method.The results show that the antioxidative activity of Psoralea corylifolia L.and petroleum ether and chloroform extracts are stronger than that of 0.02% BHT.
