摘要
目的 对工作应激领域的科学研究进展进行综述。方法 从工作应激的概念、影响因素以及工作应激的量化研究三个方面讨论了工作应激的研究状况。结果 工作应激是指由工作或与工作有关的因素所引起的应激 ,它是一个发展的概念。影响工作应激的因素包括个体因素和职业因素 ,是两者相互作用的结果。工作应激的心理测验量表有 :职业紧张调查表、McLean’s工作紧张问卷、工作控制问卷。结论 工作应激是人类应激的一个重要方面 ,它对心身健康有着重要影响 ,关于工作应激的研究近年来进展很快 ,许多结果已得到公识。
Objective To summarize the recent development in the research on work stress.Methods The conception of work stress,the factors influencing work stress and quantitative study on work stress were evalua- ted and discussed.Results Work stress is the stress caused by work factors related with work.It is a deve loping conception.Individual factors and work factors interact to the result in work stress.The psychological scales on work stress have occupational stress indicator,McLean's work stress questionnaire and job control questionnaire. Conclusions Work stress is an important factor influencing human health.There has been advances in the research on work stress in resent years.
