摘要
进入21世纪,世界经济正在从工业经济向知识经济过渡。经济全球化的大趋势下,国有企业要想在WTO的快车道上重新获取竞争优势,必须重视知识经济在企业管理创新中的地位和作用。本文通过分析知识经济与工业经济的不同,从西方企业管理创新的新视点上,提出国有企业管理理念创新的分析框架。
Under the influence of economic globalization, state-owned enterprises must place emphasis on knowledge-based economy. This paper analyzes the differences between knowledge-based economy and industrial economy, and brings forth new management conceptions to state-owned enterprises.
