摘要
思想政治工作和现代管理是互为关联的 ,现代管理工作无时无刻不渗入了思想政治工作 ,没有哪一项管理工作不是结合思想政治工作来进行的。离开现代管理这个载体 ,思想政治工作就成了无的放矢。现代管理工作和思想政治工作是“我中有你 ,你中有我”。只有认识并把握它们之间的共同点、互补点、结合点才能达到事半功倍的效能。
The ideological-political work and the modern management are mutually connected.At any time the ideological-political work permenates the modern management work.Without the carrier of the modern management,the ideological-political work would become shooting at random. Only knowing and holding their common,mutual-supplementary and connective points can we have the function of achieving twice the result with half the effort.
