摘要
目的观察5%鱼肝油酸钠对拔牙创的止血作用。方法入选的480例患者均同时有2颗需拔除的患牙,设立自身对照。实验组拔牙窝内放入5%鱼肝油酸钠,对照组直接咬合止血。结果实验组总有效率94.4%,平均止血时间3min,与对照组间有明显差异,P<0.01。结论5%鱼肝油酸钠可促进拔牙创止血。
Objective To investigate the stanching blood effect of 5%sodium morrhuate on tooth extracted socket. Methods 480 patients with two teeth to be extracted were selected randomly. One tooth of each patient was treated by 5%sodium morrhuate, the other as controlled tooth by occlusion. Results The total effective rate of the treat group was 94.4%and the average time was 3 minites. The results showed that there was significant difference in two groups(P<0.01). Conclusion 5%Sodium morrhuate can shorten bleeding time for the patients with tooth extraction.
