摘要
加入WTO对重庆市高校科技产生巨大影响。重庆市高校在高校科技活动的科技研究与开发、科技成果的转化和推广、科技服务等方面面临着许多机遇和挑战,为应对加入WTO的新形势,重庆市高校应采取符合实际的种种应对策略。
Entry into WTO brings the influence on science and technology of Chongqing's higher education. Chongqing's universities confronting with the opportunities and challenges in research and development, inversion of scientific and technical payoffs and popularization, science and technology service and so on. It should make some corresponding countermeasures in the new circumstance for Chongqing's higher education.
