摘要
国际社会对于中国能否打破世界各国崛起的常规方式,普遍表示关切。对中国来说,从自身根本利益和世界人民的共同利益出发。和平崛起是必然选择。国内外客观环境发展趋势总体有利于中国的和平崛起。和平崛起已经作为中国的战略抉择付诸外交实践,取得了良好效果,给中国独立自主的和平外交政策注入了新的内涵。在国际社会的理解、支持和协作下,中国有条件、有能力在崛起方式上独辟蹊径,走出一条和平崛起之路。
Whether China will break with the historical convention of the rise of big powers of the world is a universal concern of the international community. In the case of China, peaceful rise in her natural choice, proceeding from her own vital interests and the common interests of the people across the world. Overall, the domestic and international environments and the trend of development are favorable to China's peaceful rise, which, as a strategic option for China, is now being implemented in her foreign policy with good results, adding a new dimension in China's independent foreign policy for peace. With understanding, support and cooperative efforts of the international community, China is able to find her own way of growing strong in peaceful rise.
