摘要
本文介绍了电液加载系统的结构、工作原理以及试验过程中的加载控制策略。提出用电控蓄压式液压加载法实现重型车桥室内试验的垂向加载 ,采用电磁比例压力溢流阀和压力感知器通过工控机对系统压力进行闭环控制 ,从而对车桥垂向载荷实现了稳定可靠和宽范围的调控。
Hydraulic pressure load principle and load control strategy were analyzed.The plumb load method of elec-controlled storage pressure was put forward ,and this method completed the plumb load of heavy axle indoors test.Closed loop control system was designed through electromagnetism scale overflow valve and pressure sensor.The pressure control was realized through industrial PC.This Method has some virtue,such as stabilization,wide range adjust.
