增塑剂对聚合物电解质膜性能的影响 被引量:3

Effects of plasticizer on the performance of polymer electrolyte membrane

摘要 为了研究聚合物锂离子蓄电池制备过程中增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)对聚合物电解质膜性能的影响,采用交流阻抗法、扫描电镜SEM、拉伸强度测试等实验方法和手段,针对不同增塑剂DBP的添加量对聚合物电解质膜的微观结构、力学性能、吸附性能以及电导率的影响进行了系统的研究和分析。研究结果表明,当聚偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯的共聚物(PVDF-HFP)与DBP比例为1∶2(质量百分比)左右时聚合物电解质膜具有较好的性能,吸液量290%,拉伸强度0.83MPa,电导率1.12×10-3S·cm-1。 By means of AC impedance, SEM and mechanical properties test, the effects of plasticizer DBP on the performances of the polymer electrolyte membrane in polymer lithium-ion batteries, including the microstructure, mechanical properties, liquid uptake volume and conductivity, were studied. The results show that the best ratio of the PVDF-HFP to DBP was 1∶2, the liquid uptake volume is 290%, the tensile strength is 0.83 MPa, and the conductivity is 1.12×10-3 S·cm-1.
