摘要
采用PVC树脂为主原料,以4种改性高岭土为改性剂和其他助剂相混合填充PVC塑料制成改性塑料,研究了4种改性高岭土对改性塑料的力学性能和电学性能影响。改性煅烧剥片高岭土的性能最优,其最佳添加量为10～20份。
PVC plastic is made of PVC resin as base material, surface treated kaolin as modifier and other additives. The relation between the content of insulating modifiers with electric property was invesitigated. It was found that modification with calcined peeled kaolin gave the best result, and the suitable amount of insulating modifier was 10~20 parts by mass.
