摘要
本文主要介绍了小数分频(F-N)频率合成技术的原理,相位杂散的原因,采用AD/数模转换的补偿方法,重点论述了比较新颖的基于∑—Δ调制的F-N频率合成技术,并指出了F-N频率合成技术的发展趋势。这种方法较好地提高了频率合成器的频率覆盖范围、频率分辨率,具有很纯的输出信号频谱,随着数字技术、混合信号以及集成电路(ASIC)的发展,逐步成为众多电子产品领域中不可缺少的一项技术。
This article is primarily to discuss the fractional-N frequency (F-N) synthesizer technique's principle, the reason for low-frequency spurs, the use of spur reduction by DAC; thoroughly to describe the ∑- modulation technique by phase noise shaping; and finally to point out the development tendency of F-N frequency synthesizer. This method allows a better frequency scope, phase resolution, and more pure output spectrum. With the development of data techniques,mixed circuits, and ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit ) technique, F-N frequency synthesizer techniques will be indispensable for numerous electronics product.
