摘要
作者应用大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗术,研究了中药合剂矽肺宁、葡萄糖酸锌以及两者联合对粉尘肺细胞毒性的影响.实验结果表明,矽肺宁、葡萄糖酸锌能抑制肺内由粉尘所致炎症反应,提高细胞膜对粉尘的抵抗力,增强细胞活性及功能,因此对于延缓尘肺病变发展具有积极意义.实验结果还提示,两药联合应用在稳定细胞膜、增强细胞对粉尘抵抗力方面,效果明显好于单用矽肺宁.该实验结果为矽肺宁、葡萄糖酸锌的临床联合应用提供了依据.
By means of rat bronchoalveolar lavage the protective effective eff- ects of xifeining, zinc gluconate and their combined action on rat lung cytotoxicity from coal dust were studied. The results showed that either xifeining or zinc gluconate could inhibit the inflammatory response, reduce in the lung tissue cell damage caused by dust instillation, and improve cell viability and phagocytic function. The results also indicated the existance of a synergistic action by xifeining and zinc gluconate which could increase the stability of cell membrane and its resistance to dust cytotoxicity. All these promise the practical application of xifeining and zinc gluconate in the treatment of pneumoconiosis.
