摘要
目的 了解武警部队医院健康教育的现状 ,发现不足 ,并提出问题的解决方法。方法 对全国 51所武装警察医院负责健康教育的专职行政人员进行无记名问卷调查 ,部分项目进行现场观察。结果 2 9 4 %的医院健康教育工作开展较为规范 ;35 3%医院配备有专职健康教育人员 ;2 1 6 %的医院有健康教育网络或类似组织机构 ;2 1 6 %的医院门诊大厅中有大屏幕播放卫生科普知识 ,52 9%的医院设立了健康教育咨询台 ,74 5%的医院住院部科室内有宣传栏或黑板报 ;6 5 2 %的医院没有对医务人员进行健康教育专业培训 ;2 1 6 %的医院将健康教育列入各科室业务考评范围。结论 武警部队医院健康教育工作发展不平衡 ,大多数医院尚未开展此项工作或不规范 ,有待于在组织、制度、实施、管理。
ObjectiveTo investigate the present status of he alth education in the hospitals of the Armed Police Forces Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among the administrators in charge of health education of the hospitals of Chinese People's Armed Police Fo rces, on e for each hospital and totaling 51 ResultsHealth education began to take shape in 29 4% of the hospitals 35 3% of the hospitals had specialized professional engaged in health educat ion 92 2% of the hospitals had less than 3 specialized professionals engaged in health education 21 6% of the hospitals had health education networks Th ere was no specialized health education professional in 15 7% of the hospitals The funds appropriated for health education were less than 1000 yuan RMB per year in 88 2% of the hospitals, 54 9% of which did not have specialized funds for health education There were large screens in the waiting rooms of outpatie nt department to show films about health knowledge in 21 6% of the hospitals 52 9% of the hospitals had established health education counseling desks T here were blackboard newspaper or publicity billboards in the in-patient depart m ent of 65 2% of the hospitals 21 6% of the hospitals had placed health educa tion into the scope of assessment 62 5% of the hospitals had never organized training on health education for their staff ConclusionTher e is disequilibri um of development of health education among different hospitals of the Armed Pol ice Forces Most of the hospitals have not carried out health education or thei r health education work does not conform to the standard
