摘要
目的:探讨影响脊髓型颈椎病前路手术疗效的因素。方法:对116例脊髓型颈椎病患者的手术疗效及常见的影响因素进行分析。结果:术后疗效与病程及年龄有关;单节段与双节段减压融合的术后疗效无明显差别,但两者的疗效均高于三节段减压融合的疗效。结论:脊髓型颈椎病一经确诊,应早期施行手术治疗。尽早进行外科干预并采取恰当的手术方式可取得满意的治疗效果。
Objective:To study the results and relating factors of anterior decompression of cervical spondy-lotic myelopathy.Method:116cases with cervical spondylotic myelopathy treated by anterior decompression were reported.Their treatment results and common influencing factors were analyzed.Result:The treatment re-sults had relationship with disease course and patient's age.The effects of patients involved one or two inter-vertebral discs had no difference each other,but both their effects were significantly higher than those of the three intervertebral discs involved.Conclusion:The operation should be performed as soon as possible when cervical spondylotic myelopathy is diagnosed exactly.The satisfactory result will be achieved by surgery on ear-ly time and proper operative way.
