摘要
高校扩招以来的超常速度发展,同图书短缺、增长缓慢形成强烈的供需矛盾,目前缓解这一矛盾的途径在于尽 可能地增加经费投入,增加图书总量;加快网络和数字图书馆建设,扩大替代效应;强化内部管理和制度创新,挖潜 增效。
There are serious supply and demand contradictions between supernormal development and shortage of books in Colleges and Universities. The solutions are: putting into more funds as possible; expanding the total amounts of books; accelerating the construction of Internet and digital-library; reinforce internal management; unearthing potentiality and increasing efficiency.
