摘要
ISO质量体系认证不仅适用于企业,同样也适用于教育行业。对当前我国高等院校引入质量认证的可行性、必要性进行了思考,并对引入认证时需要注意的问题进行了阐述。
ISO9000 is not only applied to enterprise, but also to education. The paper discusses the necessity and the feasibility of introducing ISO9000 in higher educational institutions and expounds the notices through the attestation.
