摘要
论述了教育产业化的重要意义,分析了政府在教育产业化中必须承担建立市场机制、调节市场失灵、维护社会公平、强化思想教育等重要责任。指出区别对待基础教育和非基础教育的重要意义,强调政府在教育产业化中的引导地位和作用。
This paper illustrates the significance of education industrialization, and analyzes the responsibilities which should be shouldered by the government, such as establishing mechanical system of market, regulating the malfunction of market, keeping social fairness, and strengthening ideological education. It also points out the importance of drawing a clear distinction between non-fundamental education and fundamental education, simultaneously lays emphasis on the leading and guiding role of the government in education industrialization.
