摘要
目的 :观察虎杖口服液治疗急性上消化道出血的疗效。方法 :采用虎杖口服液治疗急性上消化道出血 16 0例 ,随机设西药对照组 91例 ,对比观察两组临床疗效。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 96 87% ,与西药对照组相比 ,具显著性差异 (P <0 0 1) ;且止血时间较短 ,平均 2 86d ;口服虎杖口服液后可增加血小板和纤维蛋白原 ,能缩短凝血时间、凝血活酶时间而有助于止血。结论
Objective:To observe the curative effect of rhizoma polygon cuspidati oral liquor on acute hemorrhage of upper digestive tract. Method:160 cases with acute hemorrhage of upper digestive tract treated with polygon cuspidati oral liquor,91 cases was treated with western medicine,observing the difference between two groups.Results:The total effective rate in treatment group was 96 8 percent,there was significant difference between two groups.the hemostatic time of treatment group was obviously shorter.Oral liquor could increase platelet and fibrinogen shorten clotting and prothrombin time.Conclusion: Rhizoma polygon cuspidati oral liquor was helpful to hemostatic function by promoting internal clotting and anti-fibrinolysin
