摘要 用~3H标记的植物生长延缓剂多效唑,探讨了在柑桔上的吸收与运转。结果表明,柑桔叶片能有效地吸收多效唑,在处理后24h内吸收率增长较快,其后缓慢,但吸收的多效唑向外输出甚少,处理后72 h输出率仅为10%左右,并随着叶龄的老化其吸收和输出率均下降。由叶和茎引入的多效唑,在柑桔体内既可通过木质部,也可通过韧皮部作双向运转,但以木质部为主,并易在新生组织中积累。果实的残留测定表明,在桔果收获前2-3个月用1000ppm多效唑处理桔树,桔果的最终残留量低于0.2ppm,并只残存在果皮上,因此可认为多效唑叶面处理桔树是安全的。 The uptake and translocation of PP_(333) in citrus (Citrus reticulate cv Ponken) was studied by using ~3H labeled PP_(333). The results of the experiment showed that PP_(333) was effectively absorbed by citrus leaves. Absorption of PP_(333) by leaves increased rapidly within 24 hours of application, thereafter increased slowly. Little amount of PP_(333) was exported from the leaves, and only 10 percent of PP_(333) was exported at 72 hours after application.The absorption and exportation rates of PP_(333) declined with the increase of leaf age. The PP_(333) absorbted by the leaf and stem of citrus was translocated bidirectionally via xylem or phloem, but mainly via xylem, and was readily accumulated in growing tissues. Analysis of residue in fruits after harvest showed that the residue of PP_(333) application 2 to 3 months before harvest at 1000 ppm was lower than 0.2 ppm, and only existed in the pell of citrus, therefore, application of PP_(333) is safe in citrus plants.
